Prior to joining TMC Financing, she managed the small business lending programs for a Certified Development Company for over 20 years, establishing herself as a dedicated leader in economic development. Since 2001, LaKisha has been committed to fostering small business growth.
Throughout her career, LaKisha has overseen multiple loan processing teams, and her leadership has been instrumental in facilitating the distribution of over $5 billion in SBA financing. LaKisha aims to optimize TMC’s closing and loan servicing process, ensuring outstanding customer service, all while helping small businesses thrive.
