Loan Officer (Roseville or Oakland)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

The Loan Officer facilitates all aspects of SBA 504, working closely with SBA, clients, lenders, brokers, escrow officers and third party vendors. The Loan Officer obtains relevant information and documentation, presents a concise credit narrative recommending the loan to SBA and monitors progress until SBA Authorization is received and a smooth transition to closing can be made. The Loan Officer must have a proficient working knowledge of the SBA SOP, strong analytical ability, comprehension skills, and utilize critical thinking and judgment on a regular basis. They also must be able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced production environment and deliver excellent customer service with minimal supervision. The perfect person for this role has prior SBA or commercial real estate financing experience and excellent attention to detail.
