Servicing Officer

The Servicing Officer is responsible for processing servicing actions in compliance with SBA 504 loan regulations and guidelines, while providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong relationships with TMC clients, SBA, Lenders, Brokers, Title, and Escrow contacts. The perfect person for this role has prior experience in Servicing. Liquidation experience is a plus.
