Grade: A+. I have used a few SBA companies and TMC Financing and Jennifer Davis were 7 times more efficient (maybe more) than previous super slow CDC's. The critical factor for choosing a CDC is for them to operate quickly, otherwise, you must keep updating and resubmitting information. As Jennifer leads her team well with a clear path and communication, I would 100% recommend using TMC for your small business loans. My 504 was complicated to say the lease and they got it done.
