May 2023 - Mike Sarthou y Merri Adams, two veterans of commercial real estate lending, have joined Financiamiento TMC the No. 1 SBA 504 lender in the nation. Sarthou and Adams will spearhead TMC’s efforts of providing Financiamiento SBA 504 to small businesses in the San Diego market.

They will both be joining TMC Financing as senior vice presidents of business development, focusing on helping small business owners secure affordable financing to purchase, construct, or refinance commercial real estate. By utilizing the Programa SBA 504, business owners can obtain 90 percent financing and below-market, 25-year fixed interest rates.
Sarthou and Adams bring a combined 58 years of SBA lending experience. Their commitment to providing exceptional service to their lending partners and clients has earned them a strong reputation in the industry.
They have secured over $2.4 billion for approximately 2,500 small businesses, resulting in the creation or retention of nearly 21,000 jobs.
