With over 32 years of experience in commercial real estate lending, Merri Adams is a skilled financial services professional who helps lead TMC Financing’s efforts in San Diego, CA. In this role, she assists small business owners in the Greater San Diego area by providing them with SBA 504 loans to help grow their business.  

Merri and her partner, Mike Sarthou have facilitated more than 2,500 SBA 504 loans, which has resulted in over $2.4 billion in commercial real estate financing and the creation or preservation of 21,000 jobs. 

Merri’s expertise in banking allows her to support clients and lending partners throughout the loan process, and she is committed to providing excellent client experiences to small businesses in Southern California.  

Merri holds a B.A in Finance from George Washington University and an MBA from USC.
