Mike Vanecek is the Chief Financial Officer for TMC Financing, a Certified Development Company (CDC) that provides commercial real estate financing to small businesses throughout AZ, CA, HI, NV and Oregon. TMC is the #1 CDC nationwide.

In addition to CFO, Mike is a managing partner at Crecer Business Performance, a company dedicated to helping small businesses run their companies better. Mike also serves as Chief Financial Officer of TMC Community Capital, a nonprofit online microlender, addressing the needs of underserved business owners in search of capital for their businesses to grow.
