Mike Vanecek

Mike Vanecek is the Chief Financial Officer for TMC Financing, a Certified Development Company (CDC) that provides commercial real estate financing to small businesses throughout AZ, CA, HI, NV and Oregon. TMC is the #1 CDC nationwide.

In addition to CFO, Mike is a managing partner at Crecer Business Performance, a company dedicated to helping small businesses run their companies better. Mike also serves as Chief Financial Officer of TMC Community Capital, a nonprofit online microlender, addressing the needs of underserved business owners in search of capital for their businesses to grow.

He has led accounting partner growth at Xero Accounting Software, finance at Kontera Technologies (now Amobee), and finance and operations manager at Norton Corporation, a private family office.

A native to the Bay Area, Mike graduated from Saint Mary’s College of California with a degree in Accounting.
