TMC’s Welcomes New Team Member!
TMC Development is pleased to announce that Rich Grant has returned to our staff as Executive Vice President of Operations. Rich has over 15 years of SBA lending experience and we are very fortunate to have him on our team.
Rich comes to us this time after spending four years with First Community Bank in Santa Rosa, California where he was Senior Vice President and Director of the SBA Lending Division. Rich founded the SBA department which originated, serviced and liquidated both SBA 504 and 7a loans.
Prior to this Rich was with TMC for over 7 years as our Senior Vice President of Marketing. Rich’s early career in lending included positions at The Money Store, Heller First Capital, and Wells Fargo.
Rich earned a B.S. in Managerial Economics from U.C. Davis and currently serves as the President of the Bay Area Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders (BAAGGL).
Rich’s extensive knowledge and experience will benefit TMC greatly as we continue our mission of promoting economic development through job creation and business expansion by providing funding for small and medium sized businesses in California and Nevada.
