TMC Relocates Corporate Offices To Barbary Coast Neighborhood of San Francisco Move Highlights Resiliency Of Bay Area Small Business Sector
SAN FRANCISCO, Sep 12, 2011 (BUSINESS WIRE) — TMC, a leading Certified Development Company (CDC) providing Small Business Administration (SBA) 504 real estate financing in California and Nevada, has outgrown its corporate headquarters and relocated to larger office space. TMC’s new corporate offices are located in the Barbary Coast Neighborhood: 440 Pacific Avenue, San Francisco, CA 94133.
With the move, TMC upgrades from 6,900 square feet at its previous offices in the Embarcadero District, to 9,654 square feet in the new space.
TMC has experienced phenomenal growth, and is on track for another record year. As of June 30, 2011, the end of TMC’s third quarter, TMC financed $197 in commercial real estate loans, making it one of the most robust SBA lenders in the country. “Our loan volume is up 42 percent over last year, and up 166 percent from this same period in 2009,” said Barbara Morrison, founder and CEO of TMC. “Our numbers and this move speaks to the strength and resiliency of small businesses in the Bay Area. “We have processed 235 loans so far this fiscal year, up 50 percent from last year.
