San Francisco, CA. TMC, a leading Certified Development Company (CDC) providing Small Business Administration (SBA) 504 real estate financing in California and Nevada, has extended its presence in Southern California by opening a new office in Orange County. The new office is located at: 3991 MacArthur Blvd, Suite 400, Newport Beach, CA, 92660. The location will be headed by Business Development Officer, Cory Adler, and will serve as the point of contact for small businesses in Orange County.
TMC has experienced phenomenal growth in the Southern California market, and is on track for another record year. “We just recently became the number one SBA 504 lender in Los Angles, and see great opportunity to be number one in Orange County as well,” said Barbara Morrison, founder and CEO of TMC.

As of June 30, 2011, TMC financed $197 in commercial real estate loans, making it one of the most robust SBA lenders in the country. “Our loan volume is up 42 percent over last year, and up 166 percent from this same period in 2009,” said Morrison. “Our numbers and this move speaks to the strength and resiliency of small businesses in Southern California. “We have processed 235 loans this year, up 50 percent from last year. As small businesses continue to create jobs and help spur the economy along, we anticipate this trend to continue. It is our role to provide the means for small businesses to grow us out of recession. This new location will allow us to continue to do that, and will accommodate us for years to come.”
