Kisha Gant

Kisha Gant serves as Chief of Operations at TMC Financing, bringing over two decades of experience in small business lending and operational leadership. With a deep background in SBA 504 lending, she plays a critical role in optimizing TMC’s processes, enhancing the client experience, and supporting the organization’s continued growth.

Prior to joining TMC Financing, Kisha managed small business lending programs at a Certified Development Company for more than 20 years. Since 2001, she has been dedicated to advancing economic development by helping small businesses access the capital they need to grow and thrive.

Throughout her career, Kisha has led multiple loan processing, closing, and servicing teams, overseeing the delivery of more than $5 billion in SBA financing. Her leadership is defined by a strong focus on operational excellence, team development, and delivering exceptional service to both lending partners and small business clients.

Kisha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Phoenix.

She is actively involved in industry and professional organizations, including the National Association of Development Companies (NADCO), where she has served as Secretary and At-Large Director, as well as the African American Real Estate Professionals (AAREP) and CHIEF.
