A key benefit for us was that TMC Financing and the SBA made it possible for us to purchase used equipment from another winery. That’s made a huge difference in what we’ve been able to do with our winemaking operation.

I had originally tried getting a real estate loan through my bank, but I couldn’t afford the 30% down payment. When Anna and Wendy explained that I would only have to come up with 10%, this gave me the hope I needed to reach my goal.

Everything was so streamlined. It was hassle-free, it was not at all time-consuming, it wasn’t stressful. AnnaWendy, and the TMC team made it very easy, and they were very open to answering any questions or concerns we had. They made this purchase easy.

— Blanca Wright, CFO Renteria Vineyard Management

We feel so lucky we got connected with TMC Financing and Wendy Guan. We were actually worried about how we were going to make a loan work – but Wendy really guided us through the process. She explained everything to me in detail. She was always so patient and would always return my calls promptly.
