Anna O'Brien
Senior Vice President, Business Development
Anna O’Brien is the Senior Vice President of Business Development for TMC Financing, serving lenders, brokers, and small businesses throughout Northern California and Oregon. In this role, she guides clients through the entire SBA 504 loan process, leveraging her extensive knowledge of first mortgage lending to connect business owners with the right lending partners. Her many longstanding relationships with a wide range of first mortgage lenders have been instrumental in helping clients secure the best possible financing solutions.
As a mission-driven professional, Anna is committed to increasing awareness of the SBA 504 Loan Program and empowering small business owners to achieve property ownership. She is a strong advocate for her clients, representing their interests both within TMC and with external lending institutions and the SBA. Known for her energy, dedication, and creative approach, Anna takes pride in helping her clients grow and succeed.
Anna joined TMC Financing’s business development team in 2012, building on her early exposure to the organization through summer internships in various departments. This broad foundation has given her a comprehensive understanding of the loan process from start to finish.
A Bay Area native, Anna holds a degree in economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
