Christopher Hunter is a senior vice president of business development for TMC Financing, focusing on the Greater Las Vegas market area. Chris works with commercial real estate lenders to serve small business owners via the SBA 504 Loan Program.

Chris leads TMC’s Southern Nevada team, which has become a leader in SBA 504 lending. TMC has been the No. 1 SBA 504 lender in Clark County for five out of the past 10 years.

With 20 years of experience in the industry, Chris is an expert in 504 financing. Through education and consultations, Chris provides small and medium-sized business with affordable financing options to allow them to purchase the building their business operates out of, enabling them to control their occupancy costs and their future. Chris is an advocate for small businesses and economic development with experience in every facet of the loan process. From business development to closing, servicing, and payoff, Chris has the expertise to best serve his clients.

Prior to joining TMC, Chris was vice president of business development at Nevada State Development Company where he initiated relationships, worked closely with loan officers, analyzed loan applications, and marketed the 504-loan program. Chris has also worked as a loan officer for SouthwestUSA Bank and a business development officer and servicing administrator for Mountain West Small Business Finance.

Chris graduated from the University of Utah-Salt Lake City with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration.
