Jennifer – the whole time we were talking to her, it was more of a friendship. She was pure friendliness which made us more comfortable about asking questions. Jennifer really did hold our hands throughout the whole process and showed statements of all the costs associated with the loan and all the different payments and what needs to be done, and all the moving parts. It is overwhelming and she just really put us at ease. She was fantastic.
I really feel like the process itself looking back on it, was enjoyable of a sense. It was exciting. I think part of that was knowing that we had people behind us that were looking out for us. Everyone behind us was like, we got your back.
