Kalia Clark is a seasoned SBA lending expert with a deep passion for supporting the small business community. As Senior Vice President of Business Development, Kalia serves business owners throughout Hawai‘i by providing access to SBA 504 financing to purchase, build, or refinance commercial real estate.

In addition to working directly with small business owners, Kalia partners closely with lenders and commercial real estate brokers to deliver financing solutions that help their clients succeed. His ability to build trust and simplify the lending process has made him a go-to resource for referral partners and borrowers alike.

With more than a decade of experience in the financial industry, Kalia is a proven expert in helping businesses access the capital they need to grow. He has worked across a range of lending situations, from startups to established companies, and is especially skilled at supporting businesses in emerging and underserved markets.

Prior to joining TMC Financing, Kalia held senior positions in commercial lending, where he helped grow SBA lending programs, led top-performing teams, and supported the development of future loan officers.

Now based in Honolulu, Kalia is proud to return home to Hawai‘i and give back to the community that raised him, continuing his mission to foster local business growth through the SBA 504 loan program.
