Melissa brings 20+ years of lending expertise across commercial and residential real estate, including purchases, refinances, SBA 504 loans, loan modifications, construction loans, and equipment financing. Her career includes roles such as Loan Associate at TMC Financing, Funding Manager at Socotra Capital, and Banker Assistant at First Citizens Bank. At Evergreen Business Capital, she served as a Rural Loan Officer, overseeing the USDA Rural Loan program for under‑privileged counties throughout Washington State—experience that fuels her commitment to equitable access to capital.

Known for clear communication and hands‑on guidance from prequalification through closing, Melissa partners closely with business owners, CRE brokers, and banking teams to navigate the SBA 504 process with confidence. She is based in Roseville, CA and is passionate about helping businesses invest in their futures.

Outside of commercial real estate, Melissa serves as Treasurer for the Placer Hills Education Foundation (PHEF), a nonprofit dedicated to supporting the local educational community. In this role, she helps ensure funding is directed toward programs that inspire innovation, growth, and student success.
