Bryce Fennell is the Senior Vice President of Business Development at TMC Financing. He partners with commercial lenders, real estate brokers, and business owners across California, Nevada, Arizona, and Oregon, maximizing borrower value through the SBA 504 Program.

As a licensed CPA and real estate broker (CA BRO# 01969263), Bryce brings over a decade of experience in public accounting and commercial real estate to his role. His technical expertise and deep understanding of small business operations and commercial real estate transactions enable him to effectively navigate and advocate for his clients throughout the SBA lending process, ensuring they secure the most advantageous financing options available.

Before joining TMC, Bryce worked at Windes, Inc., a Southern California CPA firm, focusing on small business taxation and financial statement audits in the manufacturing, real estate, and construction industries. He also served as a financial analyst for Faris Lee Investments, underwriting real estate transactions. Bryce graduated from Chico State in 2013 with a major in finance and a minor in accounting.
