The Pet Emergency & Specialty Center of Marin (PESCM) was started in 1998 by James Clark and Steven Dana. PESCM is an emergency and specialty vet center in Marin County. With over 11 years as the only 24-hour emergency and specialty care facility in the region, PESCM has developed strong community support and a network of referral relationships with local veterinarians.
TMC Financing worked with PESCM to provide SBA 504 financing for the purchase and renovation of the state-of-the-art emergency care facility they are now servicing clients in.
