Groundbreaking Ceremony for TMC Client: Fuller Laboratories Fullerton CA
TMC coordinated with the local SBA office and the Fullerton Chamber of Commerce to host a ground-breaking ceremony for one our clients Fuller Laboratories. Founded in 1991 by Lee Fuller Owner and CEO Fuller Laboratories is a bio-tech company that develops and manufactures testing kits. Fuller sought out SBA 504 financing to purchase a commercial condominium with the plans to expand their existing business. The condominium is a 10000 square foot space located on E. Valencia Boulevard in Fullerton California. Fuller Laboratory’s SBA 504 loan also helped finance construction for tenant improvements.
Teresa Harvey Fullerton Chamber of Commerce Executive Director opened the ceremony and welcomed about thirty guests in attendance. Douglas Dare Public Information Office with the SBA spoke on behalf of the SBA District Director to express their gratitude towards Lee Fuller TMC and the third party lender involved in the financing.
