Esto tendr\u00e1 un impacto temporal en los pr\u00e9stamos 504 de la SBA. Aqu\u00ed hay algunos puntos clave sobre c\u00f3mo esto puede afectar a los clientes de SBA 504:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>La SBA no procesar\u00e1 nuevas aprobaciones de pr\u00e9stamos SBA 504 y 7a durante el cierre del gobierno<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li>Los pr\u00e9stamos que se hayan presentado, pero que no hayan sido aprobados por la SBA, a partir de las 11:59 pm del lunes 30 de septiembre se colocar\u00e1n en cola (en espera) hasta que el gobierno reanude las operaciones.<\/li>\n<li>Una vez que finalice el cierre, estos pr\u00e9stamos se procesar\u00e1n para su aprobaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><b>TMC Financing permanecer\u00e1 en pleno funcionamiento durante el cierre del gobierno<\/b><\/li>\n<li><b>Actualmente se desconoce la duraci\u00f3n de este cierre.<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>TMC se compromete a actualizarlo a medida que se disponga de informaci\u00f3n adicional.
