Leatherby's Family Creamery, con sede en Sacramento, adquiri\u00f3 la propiedad que alberga uno de sus restaurantes existentes, utilizando un pr\u00e9stamo 504 de la Administraci\u00f3n de Peque\u00f1as Empresas $2.7 millones.<\/p>\n

La transacci\u00f3n para adquirir el edificio de 36,800 pies cuadrados en 2333 Arden Way en Sacramento fue supervisada por TMC Financing en San Francisco.<\/p>\n
