Proyecto de ley de est\u00edmulo: SBA 504 \u00a1Eliminaci\u00f3n de tarifas a partir del 17 de febrero de 2009!<\/h2>\n

Estimada comunidad TMC,<\/span><\/p>\n

Hoy se anunci\u00f3 que la disposici\u00f3n del proyecto de ley de est\u00edmulo con respecto a la eliminaci\u00f3n de todos los cargos de desembolso personal de la SBA 504 ser\u00e1 vigente para cualquier pr\u00e9stamo aprobado a partir del 17 de febrero de 2009<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Esto incluye la tarifa de procesamiento del pr\u00e9stamo 1.5% y la tarifa de participaci\u00f3n bancaria de .5. La eliminaci\u00f3n de la tarifa se aplicar\u00e1 hasta que se agote la asignaci\u00f3n de $3.6 mil millones. La SBA estima que estar\u00e1 vigente para los pr\u00e9stamos aprobados hasta aproximadamente el 31 de diciembre de 2009.<\/p>\n
