Debemos tomar medidas inmediatas para prevenir una gran crisis de ejecuci\u00f3n hipotecaria comercial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left: 0.25in; text-align: center;\" align=\"center\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\">PROPUESTAS<\/span><\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\"> PARA PREVENIR LAS PEQUE\u00d1AS EMPRESAS <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left: 0.25in; text-align: center;\" align=\"center\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\">CRISIS DE EJECUCI\u00d3N HIPOTECARIA Y P\u00c9RDIDAS DE EMPLEO<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-left: 0.25in;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial; color: red;\">1. Propuesta: Crear un programa piloto para incluir las tarifas de servicio de los CDC en nuevos pr\u00e9stamos cuando la SBA compre debentures.
