\u201cWhen clients need expertise in land-use and real estate law, they turn to us,\u201d explains Jason\u00a0Morris, partner at\u00a0<\/span>Withey Morris Baugh,\u00a0PLC<\/span><\/a>,\u00a0in Phoenix, AZ. \u201cAnd when we needed expertise in SBA 504 financing for our real estate project, we turned to the team at TMC Financing to get the job done.\u201d<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Here\u2019s\u00a0how\u00a0<\/span>TMC Financing<\/span><\/a>\u00a0helped the firm\u00a0acquire\u00a0a former restaurant and renovate it into their dream office using\u00a0an\u00a0<\/span>SBA 504 loan<\/span><\/a>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n A dream more than a decade in the making<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Prior to moving into their new home at 2113 East Highland Avenue in Phoenix, the firm leased space in a multi-tenant office building for years \u2013 but they\u2019d long had other plans in mind.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cIt was our goal to secure our own office near the Arizona Biltmore,\u201d Jason says about the site the firm eventually secured for their office. \u201cIt took more than a decade, though, because this part of the Valley district\u00a0is at a premium.\u201d<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n In a fortunate turn of events, a property became available through a client of the firm.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cIt was a former\u00a0restaurant\u00a0and it was hard to envision what it could become, but we worked with an amazing architect, Hayes\u00a0McNeil of\u00a0<\/span>Plus Minus\u00a0Studio<\/span><\/a>, who also served as general contractor and even designed furnishings for the space,\u201d Jason explains.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Closing on financing for the deal took a little more legwork, though.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n TMC brings the\u00a0expertise\u00a0needed<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Jason says that through research, they found the SBA 504 loan program. \u201cIt looked like everything we needed, with a sound <\/span>process<\/span><\/a>\u00a0and great terms,\u201d he says.
