In March 2026,\u00a0<\/span>TMC\u00a0Financing<\/span><\/b><\/a>\u00a0reached a historic milestone, authorizing\u00a0<\/span>$114 million in SBA 504 loans in a single month<\/span><\/b>\u2014the highest monthly total in the organization\u2019s 44\u2011year history. This record performance reflects the renewed\u00a0momentum\u00a0in SBA 504 lending, as\u00a0approval times have normalized\u00a0and deal activity increases across the market. Growing confidence in the program has driven stronger engagement from lenders, brokers, and business owners pursuing owner\u2011user acquisitions, underscoring the importance of strong leadership, coordination, and execution across the lending ecosystem.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Ron Lien Promoted to Chief Credit Officer<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

As Chief Credit Officer, Ron Lien will lead TMC\u2019s credit and portfolio strategy, serving as the organization\u2019s executive lead on credit policy, risk management, and SBA compliance. Ron brings a careerlong commitment to small business financing, with early experience supporting small businesses at Enterprise and later in small business banking at Bank of America before joining TMC Financing in 2015 as an underwriter.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Since joining TMC, Ron has held roles\u00a0of\u00a0increasing responsibility and has played a key role in strengthening underwriting standards, portfolio performance, and TMC\u2019s credibility with SBA partners and industry stakeholders. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from UC San Diego and an MBA from California State University, East Bay. His leadership continues to support\u00a0disciplined growth and\u00a0long-term\u00a0economic development as TMC expands its national footprint.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Kisha Gant Promoted to Chief Operating Officer<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

As Chief Operating Officer, Kisha Gant will oversee TMC\u2019s operational execution across intake, processing, closing, funding, and overall operating performance. Kisha brings\u00a0<\/span>more than 20\u00a0years of experience in the SBA lending industry<\/span><\/b>, including senior leadership roles at multiple Certified Development Companies, most notably\u00a0CDC Small Business Finance, prior to joining TMC Financing in 2023.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Her background spans SBA 504 loan operations, portfolio management, and enterprise\u00a0level execution,\u00a0providing\u00a0deep insight into the operational rigor\u00a0required\u00a0to deliver capital efficiently at scale. Kisha holds a\u00a0Master of Science in Accounting and a\u00a0Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, both from the University of Phoenix. Since joining TMC, she has played\u00a0a central role\u00a0in strengthening operational readiness, improving throughput, and advancing modernization efforts to better serve small businesses nationwide.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
