He explains that since the pandemic and the growth of remote-editing collaborations, Geiger Post \u2013 which serves major studios like Netflix and Paramount as well as independent creators \u2013 didn\u2019t need as much space.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe property we purchased is just under 11,000 square feet, which is about two-thirds of the size of the space we leased,\u201d he says. The new studio is also just over a mile from the previous location, so there was no geographic impact to their clients due to the move.<\/p>\n<p>Now, they have a state-of-the-art studio that enables the highest-quality output for onsite and remote projects for their team of 16 employees and many freelancers.<\/p>\n<p><a
