Caroline is a business development associate, serving lenders, brokers and small businesses throughout the East Bay. As a business development associate, Caroline works with TMC\u2019s senior business development staff to provide analysis and support for the financing of SBA 504 commercial real estate loans. She helps facilitate the loan process to ensure timeliness and efficiency.<\/p>\n
Her previous experience in Sales & Marketing at an IT distributor has given her the ability to provide compelling messages, have a keen eye for detail, and most importantly, connect with clients and partners to establish trust.<\/p>\n
Prior to joining the business development team, Caroline was an integral part of the success of TMC Financing\u2019s Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) team. She was the main contact window for inquiries, as well as being a strong force internally- improving efficiency, delivering news, and a reliable figure to turn to for assistance. Assisting clients with their PPP application then their PPP Debt Forgiveness, she found her passion in advocating for small business owners and helping them fulfill their goals.<\/p>\n
Caroline graduated from University of California, Merced, with a double major in Business Management and Economics, and a minor in Writing. Caroline has an interest in languages, so she\u2019s currently brushing up on her Spanish and Japanese, but is already fluent in Mandarin Chinese.<\/p>\n
In her spare time, Caroline enjoys working on resin projects like coasters and keycaps for mechanical keyboards. Caroline also likes traveling abroad and in the winter seasons, you can catch her on the slopes in Tahoe.<\/p>\n","testimonials":false,"contact_me":""},"yoast_head":"\n
