As Executive Vice President, Kurt Chambliss is the driving force behind Sales and Marketing at TMC Financing. With over two decades of experience in the SBA 504 lending industry, Kurt leads a team of 13 business development officers administering SBA 504 loans in Arizona, California, Hawai\u2019i, Nevada, and Oregon. Kurt instills his passion for guiding clients through the loan process and securing SBA financing in the team he leads, fostering a culture of excellence in customer service and delivering outstanding results for small businesses.<\/p>\r\n

Kurt\u2019s passion for helping the small business community thrive is evident in his advocacy for clients, and he takes great pride in seeing their businesses grow and succeed. Since joining TMC Financing in 2010, Kurt has been instrumental in driving the company\u2019s success, culminating in 2018 when TMC Financing became (and has remained) the #1 SBA 504 lender in the nation. Under Kurt\u2019s leadership, the team helped 461 small businesses obtain a record-breaking $1.7 billion in total project financing in fiscal year 2023.<\/p>\r\n

Kurt\u2019s career in banking began at Wells Fargo in 1994, where he served as a business banker and facilitated numerous SBA 504 loans for businesses. He also held various business banking roles at First Republic Bank, Heritage Bank, US Bank, and Greater Bay Bank.<\/p>\r\n

Kurt earned his degree in political science from the University of California Santa Barbara, where he was also a nationally-ranked swimmer. With his extensive experience, dedication to small business success, and commitment to guiding clients through the loan process, Kurt is an invaluable asset to TMC Financing and the small business community.<\/p>\r\n
