We require up-to-date evidence of property insurance for all properties financed through TMC Financing at all times. Additionally, depending on the terms of your loan authorization, you may also need to maintain life, flood, equipment, liability, or workers&#8217; compensation insurance.You may submit them via email, fax, or mail to the following:<a href=\"mailto:insurance@tmcfinancing.com\">insurance@tmcfinancing.com<\/a><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t  \n\t\t\t<a href=\"\" data-toggle=\"modal\" data-target=\"#modal-\">\n\t\t\t<h4>Request Tax Forms<\/h4>\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t  <button type=\"button\" data-dismiss=\"modal\" aria-label=\"Close\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t&times;\n\t\t\t\t\t\t  <\/button>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>A 1098 tax statement reflecting interest paid is provided annually to the borrowing entity and will be sent automatically to the address on file. Please note that we typically receive this tax information by January 31st. Additionally, the Amortization Schedule provided after your loan funded includes details of interest paid.To request a duplicate 1098 tax statement or a copy of your Amortization Schedule, please contact our Servicing Team at<a href=\"mailto:servicinginfo@tmcfinancing.com\"> <strong>servicinginfo@tmcfinancing.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t  \n\t\t\t<a href=\"\" data-toggle=\"modal\" data-target=\"#modal-\">\n\t\t\t<h4>Change Auto Payment Account<\/h4>\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t  <button type=\"button\" data-dismiss=\"modal\" aria-label=\"Close\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t&times;\n\t\t\t\t\t\t  <\/button>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t  \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Loan payments must be processed via automatic debit or wire transfer. During the loan closing process, you provided a voided check and authorized the account from which your loan payments would be automatically debited.To update the account for your loan payments, please complete an ACH Authorization form and include a voided check for the new account.
