As a business development associate, Caroline works with TMC&#8217;s senior business development staff to provide analysis and support for the financing of SBA 504 commercial real estate loans. She helps facilitate the loan process to ensure timeliness and efficiency.<\/p>\r\n<p>Su experiencia previa en Ventas y Marketing en un distribuidor de TI le ha dado la capacidad de proporcionar mensajes convincentes, tener un buen ojo para los detalles y, lo m\u00e1s importante, conectarse con clientes y socios para establecer confianza.<\/p>\r\n<p>Prior to joining the business development team, Caroline was an integral part of the success of TMC Financing&#8217;s Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) team. She was the main contact window for inquiries, as well as being a strong force internally- improving efficiency, delivering news, and a reliable figure to turn to for assistance. Assisting clients with their PPP application then their PPP Debt Forgiveness, she found her passion in advocating for small business owners and helping them fulfill their goals.<\/p>\r\n<p>Caroline graduated from University of California, Merced, with a double major in Business Management and Economics, and a minor in Writing. Caroline has an interest in languages, so she&#8217;s currently brushing up on her Spanish and Japanese, but is already fluent in Mandarin Chinese.<\/p>\r\n<p>En su tiempo libre, a Caroline le gusta trabajar en proyectos de resina como posavasos y teclas para teclados mec\u00e1nicos.
