TMC client Infinity Hospice Care was highlighted in a recent article published in Nevada Business Magazine:
TMC Financing, Clark County’s largest provider of SBA 504 loans, worked with Bank of Nevada to provide financing to Infinity Hospice Care of Las Vegas for their ground-up construction project totaling $4.98 million. The SBA 504 loan was used for the new construction of a 9,616-square-foot, 12-bed, hospice in-patient unit and a 9,015-square-foot office support building.
“Our new facility will help address the demand in the Las Vegas valley for more comprehensive in-patient, supportive care,” said Brian Bertram, executive vice president of Infinity Hospice Care. “We offer comprehensive treatment plans to our patients and assistance to family members caring for them.”
