TMC Financing Provides $4.69 Million SBA 504 Loan To Reliable Auto Sales

TMC Financing, Clark County’s largest provider of SBA 504 loans, worked with Zions First National Bank to finance a $4.69 million project for Reliable Auto Sales in Las Vegas. Ann Santiago served as TMC’s business development officer for the transaction.

The financing package was used to purchase three parcels with four existing buildings comprising 72,850 square feet on 7.29 acres. Reliable Auto Sales’ new campus is now open for business at 2575 E. Sahara Avenue. The total financing was provided by TMC Financing and Zions First National Bank.
