Food Safety Certification

State law requires that specified food facilities employ at least one person who has successfully passed a California State approved and accredited food safety certification exam. Certification is mandatory and re-certification is required every five years. Call 415-781-5348 for information.

Storefront retailers sometimes successfully work with customers and suppliers without expensive customized legal contracts but did you know that there are laws that automatically apply to close the gaps? We will survey the basics of the Uniform Commercial Code how the typical fine print on purchase orders bills of lading and invoices impacts your vendor relationships your rights as a business owner when transacting with retail consumers and other commercial laws that often apply to your business by default.
