John Rockwell joins TMC Financing Southern California team

 

John Rockwell Business Development Associate Los Angeles, CAJUNE 2017 – TMC Financing is proud to announce the addition of John Rockwell as a Business Development Associate to the Southern California team. John joins Jennifer Davis, Senior Vice President of Business Development, in providing commercial real estate financing to qualified small and medium sized businesses across all Southern California counties through the Small Business Administration 504 loan program.

John has a well-versed background perfectly suited for business development at TMC Financing, having experience in energy efficiency, asset management, and client management.  Previously, John was a National Client Manager at Partner Energy, Inc, a national energy consulting firm headquartered in Torrance, CA for eight years. John worked with building owners to increase their asset value and lower ownership costs while promoting environmental stewardship and conservation. John was responsible for managing Partner Energy’s SBA 504 Green Loan approval program.

“John has such a strong background in the 504 Green Energy Program and has experience with current sustainable technologies. I am excited to have him on our team; he will complement the Southern California team and I am looking forward to learning from him as well,” says Jennifer Davis, Senior Vice President TMC Financing.

Additionally, John has about five years of asset management experience where he was responsible for managing multiple portfolios of commercial real estate holdings. John held positions at Babson Capital Management and Hanover Financial Company.

John also has experience as a small business owner. He co-founded a local brewery, Los Angeles Ale Works.

John is looking forward to continuing to work with small business owners, helping reduce their occupancy costs and help their business thrive.

John is a graduate of the University of Southern California and a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Finance and Development.
