Adriana, the Vice President of Business Development at TMC Financing, collaborates with lenders, brokers, and small businesses across the South Bay, Silicon Valley, and Central Coast regions.

She adeptly navigates business owners through the SBA loan process, assisting them in securing SBA financing and achieving their commercial property ownership goals. As an advocate and resource for small business owners, Adriana is dedicated to helping local businesses flourish. Adriana’s extensive banking and credit background empowers her to assist clients and referral sources in closing complex transactions.

Before joining TMC, she spent over a decade at Wells Fargo Bank in Silicon Valley, where she held multiple roles, including loan underwriter, SBA business associate, and business banking associate.

Adriana earned her Business Management degree from the University of San Francisco and is a Bay Area native who actively engages with her community. As the Director of Communications for Commercial Real Estate for Women Silicon Valley and Vice Chair of the  Able Works board, a Bay Area non-profit that equips individuals with financial education and life skills to break free from oppression and poverty, Adriana’s passion for making a difference is evident. In her free time, she enjoys learning new things, such as golf, and spending quality time with her loved ones
